The 822 Collection (2022) is the result of a special collaboration between the Swedish architecture studio Claesson Koivisto Rune and the bentwood furniture factory Ton founded by Michael Thonet in 1861. The design takes inspiration from Josef Hoffmann’s A811 Chair from 1930, but with shifts in the proportions to create a backless stool for how we live today. Made in the Czech Republic.
