Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns (waived for exchanges)
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items: Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature:
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened furniture covers
  • Used gardening tools & hardware

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Memphis facility using a trackable shipping method. The return address will be provided in your RMA email.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your email, clearly specify the replacement item you desire
  3. We will waive the restocking fee and only charge any price difference plus new shipping costs if applicable
  4. Your new item will ship once we receive and process your return
International Returns: For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
