  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Ideal for customers who want faster delivery

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Perfect for budget-conscious shoppers who can wait longer

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Muutous Zone furniture as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • 15% restocking fee (waived for exchanges)
  • Customer pays return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened furniture covers
  • Used gardening tools & hardware

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Item name and SKU
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Confirmation of original condition

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Pack Your Item

Repackage the item carefully in its original packaging with all materials included.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send to our Memphis facility using a trackable method. Address will be provided in your RMA email.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation

We’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after return receipt
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • 15% restocking fee deducted (except for exchanges)
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly specify desired replacement item in your email
  • Restocking fee waived – you only pay any price difference plus new shipping costs if applicable
  • New item ships after we receive and process your return

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties
  • We recommend using original carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Include photos of damage and your order number
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
