The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened furniture covers

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors or stock issues

• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. We don’t ship to certain Asian countries or remote areas.

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our facility, risk of loss passes to you. Please inspect deliveries immediately and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging
• 15% restocking fee (waived for exchanges)
• Customer pays return shipping costs

5.2 Return Process

3. Repackage carefully in original packaging
4. Ship to our Memphis facility using trackable method

5.3 Refunds
